MML Digital provides digital productivity software, including FocusForge and its optional extensions (such as PaceKeeper Protocol). Our products are organizational tools for personal productivity and time management. They do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or financial advice, and we do not promise any specific clinical, health or financial outcome.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout and for keeping your access credentials confidential.

Prices are shown in US dollars on each offer page. Payments are processed by our third-party checkout provider; we do not store your full card details. An order is only considered complete once the payment provider confirms it.

Each upgrade offered in our sales flow is optional and sold separately. Declining an upgrade does not affect products you have already purchased.

Upon a confirmed purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product as described in our End User License Agreement (EULA).

• Do not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute your access.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy or interfere with the software.
• Do not use the products for any unlawful purpose.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All software, content, logos and trademarks are the property of MML Digital or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
