End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and MML Digital, operated by Marlete Maria Lima (CPF: 807.268.016-15), for the use of our software products, including FocusForge and its extensions such as PaceKeeper Protocol ("Software").

1. Grant of license

After a confirmed purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Software for your own productivity purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Software.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except as permitted by law.
You may not share your access with third parties.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title and interest remain with MML Digital and its licensors.

4. Nature of the Software

The Software is an organizational tool for personal productivity and time management. It does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or financial advice and does not guarantee clinical outcomes.

5. Updates

We may provide updates or changes to the Software. This EULA applies to any updates unless they come with separate terms.

6. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach this EULA or if your purchase is refunded. Upon termination you must stop using the Software.

7. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability under this EULA is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.
