Refund & Cancellation Policy

In line with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 7 (seven) days of the purchase date and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Send an email to support@mmldigital.site with the email used at checkout, the product name and, if available, your order number. No justification is required within the withdrawal period.

Every upgrade (such as PaceKeeper Protocol) is a separate purchase. You may request a refund for one product without cancelling others you have bought.

Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider promptly. The time for the amount to appear depends on your payment method and card issuer, and usually takes up to two billing cycles for credit cards.

Once a refund is issued, the license and access to the refunded product are revoked.

If you notice a duplicate or unrecognized charge, contact us immediately so we can investigate and correct it.
